Yeah the quality of the models is basically completely dependent on shadows being on as preshading is out the window with the atlas texture and all.

Here is a comparison render of the eradicator model with and without lighting.

Ok. I am going army for two years.
Not going to be texturing the arms race. Mr bob already knows and has gotten someone else for the job

my texture is for mr bob and anyone else to use as they wish.

Thank you very much for the effort you put into this particular job PyramidHe@d. Good luck on your army endeavors. Been a pleasure working with you. You will be missed. D;

@The rest of you guys:

I am going to call in a favor with a very talented artist I've worked with before, to do the arm texture. Don't worry.

Getting really close guys. Should be done with the buildings pretty soon.

I'm excited to start units up.

will you release the complete buildings so we can start scripting or will you wait till everything is ready?

I agree, Perhaps set up a repo with trac or google.code. This way you can both share and back up your work before you vanish into the ether.

I'll release the buildings in one pack. Then the units in another. Likewise, a pack for each with arm.
