If unit fall on top of enemy factory it vanish!

When I drop my unit on top of enemy factory: that unit will spontaneously vanish and/or teleported to side of the factory.

This is really strange because when I did this to other enemy structure (including my own factory) it bounces and receive damage like normal, but not when I do it to enemy factory.

I wonder if this is a Spring feature to prevent some exploit or whether it can be circumvented?

It is ZK gadget "unit_prevent_lab_hax.lua" that causes it iirc.
