Is something with the wiki not set up right yet?

When trying to upload an image:

Upload warning

Could not create directory "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/4/40".

Or sometimes also:

Upload warning

Could not open lock file for "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/b/b4".
Could not open lock file for "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/b/b4/Circle_of_Rocks.jpg".
