Balanced Annihilation LoadScreens

Well seeing as I can't upload any images to my other Screenie thread I guess I'll make a new one :? So yeh, please don't move this thread till I say, thanks.

I suppose others with a 1900*1200 resolution or higher could feel free to make and upload their own loadscreens if they wish. C & C appreciated.

I tried a few of those and I couldn't help but find it too jaggerdy and wrong looking no matter which way I tried it. I don't like the current BA load screens because of that, and as much as I love big battle scenes, I don't like BA's graphical style to them. Oh and my lups doesn't work for some reason :(

I agree, but then again, BA's units aren't exactly the sexiest of units in their own light :P I'll see if I can make some more unit focused ones, thanks.

These loading screens are nice though, much better than their ancestors

I wanted to make some nice loadscreens of big battles on nice maps, unfortunately, the only maps that are played on BA happen to be DSD, Tabula etc...

As for the logo, I would like to make my own, however, I don't think Fatty would approve. It would probably end up looking a bit dramatic and stand out to much :P

Well, I'll guess I'll try and get some nice battle screenies, however, it's getting quite annoying having to disable all the graphical widgets such as healthbars, AoE radius, nametags, labels and so much more stuff that would ruin the screenshots. Is there some sort of widget profile system where I can save the states of my enabled and disabled widgets?

And even then, the default health bars are still there so is there anyway to hide them?

the one with the ship is missing something. maybe one or two small units on land, walking. as it is now, it looks lost and kind of useless.

the first one:
it would be good if there would be a few small units on the ground, to have some scale comparison. it would seem like:
aww, these poor little fellas, gonna get raped by a massive bombing attack (like US bombing attacks in WW2 over german cities). while now it seems like... air-ballet (but not pretty cause of the bombers overlapping).

the rest i like a lot! :-)
nice image composition, very different atmospheres, ...
even doh some focus on the maps, i do not see this as too bad. as 90% of games are BA, and maps do not have a way to show load-screens themselves, it does not hurt if BA advertises them a bit.

not sure about that, but doesn't F5 hide health-bars?

Nope. Oh and one more thing about Bump-Mapped water. You can't see any part of a unit that is under the water.

I would like to add a balance of annihilation and posey pictures imo. There was also an issue with the resolution of the current loadscreens so they needed updating anyway.

I'm also not too bothered about loadscreens that highlight the crappyness of the graphics so long as the action is good.

i can't see action in these screenshots
