A lot of new users create here with new accounts...
What about upgrading the captcha system on register ?

Most of the «0 posts» new players go for advertising/promoting links in signature, links not checked, so we don't know for what is that promotion.
More rarely those sorta users publish adv topics.

Time to react... again today

Yes, this is known and long present, and users with 0 posts are periodically deleted anyway - it doesn't really get in anyones way and for now effort might be better spent elsewhere.
