[Request] Building Progress List.

I mentioned this on the feature request forum awhile back and allot of people thought it was a good idea.

If your too lazy to click, ill sum it up for ya.
Everything (or somethings, maybe theres an option or something) being built should have a progress bar being displayed on the HUD, so you can easily look at build progress of all your buildings/units and know when they complete.

I think I explained it better in the other thread.

Anyway, since I have next-to-no experience with Lua I'm requesting that someone else make it.
