Blender Animation Problem

Hi, i searched far and wide, but chances are, this problem happend to another one of you.
I have a model which i m currently in the process of re-animating, after the first failed, due to not applied modifiers.

Now, i can add a animation. And it works to a certain point.
After which, when i select a limb to animate (doesnt matter which one), all limbs start to rate as a group around a central piece.

I added the blend file, try for yourself, if you select one of the arms, the whole assembly comes apart.
This is not a issue of failed parenting, or failed hierarchy.

Thank your for anyone who has a solution.

Seems to have been a blender bug - V2.80 produces this behaviour - 2.81 doesent
