Spring is open source. If you're good enough with low level languages to need Terra, then you might as well hack Spring source directly instead of writing Lua scripts.

What if i added library functions to enhance lua-syntax- and want that speed up?
This is indirectly shanghain people to work in the engine-dev quary.
I protest strongly against this inhuman treatment of gamedevs.
