It would be nice to have the option of allowing an ally to control your units without having to do shared com or give up control of the units to him.

+1 It would be nice if you could tick a box so all your allies had access to your units like in a comshare, but with separate coms.

The issue with this, of course, is resourcing. I mean, if an ally uses your constructor to make a generator, whose generator is it? Who gains the benefit?

It's your constructor so its your mex, the idea would be to help u ally if u catch an idle con, or micro his offensive units if he isn't. Rather than just spamming markers.
