Spring check datadir in public documents

I was surprised to learn that it doesn't seem as though spring checks the public user on windows for games/maps/engine. Could checking public/documents/my games/spring be added?

Up to this point my way around it has been to symlink it, but doing this would allow for true [shared] multi-user installs.
