Spring-Packaged widgets

Post by CarRepairer »

Please include a checkbox in the installer so I can choose not to install Spring-Packaged widgets.

I checked all of them, they are all disabled by default. Why bother?

Sorry, I was mistaken: every widget except minimap startboxes are disabled by default.

Because I want my widget folder clean as possible and I have go into my widgets folder and remove the unwanted widgets every time I reinstall Spring. There are already checkboxes for lobby clients and AIs, so I am suggesting adding one for these (several TA-specific) widgets.

Use the .zip version if you want to cherry pick what files to copy on your system.

Thanks for making me aware of this, but this would take longer than deleting the widgets. It would still be logical to add the option just like the option to add AI or lobby client.

+1

I had to fix smooth scroll few times until I noticed it was reset at every Spring update.
