Make that command, which would be equivalent to:
.setminspeed 1
.setmaxspeed 1
Much easier to write just one command, instead of two.
Yeah i know there is lock speed command in the lobby window, but what if i want to change the speed later in game?

You can use .set[max|min]speed and change gamespeed afterwards like normal
