OK there are SVG's of them on wikipedia so i could convert them all to the same size. What size would you like ( height px x width px ) ?
EDIT I just had a look at your current icons 16x16 they are so ill make some that size for you and post them up

Since they are different heights, a width of 25 gives a height on 47 with the largest one.

How exactly can you disconnect from the current battle?
Is there a way of starting an offline battle as you go to the screen and it doesn´t add you to the player list or give you to option to.

Committed afew times today, so u may have to update as only added it in today.
Also u may notice your intial color = random
If u got time care to get images of same canvas size. Cause they will get resized. If u want to test them out & see what they look like.
Just replace the files in
Unity/Lobby/Resources/ranks
Keep same filenames (case sensitive) and image types & should work. Will need to restart Unity each time u alter them though
I coding online first, as be easier to add offline later on. Rather than vice versa. Learned from older UnityLobby

Add mouse popup menu for changing your info i.e sides / army / ally / color / ready etc
