Change the binding for insert-in-front-of-queue metakey?

iirc this isn't an Xorg thing, but rather your WM, f.e openbox has alt key bindings mapped by default as well, but some others don't

You can use /grabinput. I use it for the exact same reason.

You might want to bind it to some key. If you enter it a second time it's disabled again.
