The middle-click scrolling stutter is still here, despite not being introduced until after spring-94.1.1-1367-g598b9ec :( Makes Spring basically unplayable for me.

[02:01:05] <Floris> its hard to record this effect, but camera movement ist as smooth, even at 250+ fps
[02:01:24] <Floris> on 60hz screen tho ofc
[02:02:12] <Floris> http://www.twitch.tv/ruwetuin/b/477040440
[02:02:45] <Floris> if you do your best, you'll notice its smoother to move on the flat part
[02:03:44] <Floris> but even the flat part isnt as smooth as 94 would do it
[02:06:25] <raaar> i notice it
[02:06:33] <raaar> the scrolling speed isn't constant
[02:07:08] <Floris> spring always had this jitterry camera movement
[02:07:23] <Floris> before i upgraded my pc it was annoying with low fps
[02:08:02] <Floris> but the very ver yweird thing is that this effect doesnt occur when i stream anythign with the same pc via twitch
Camera movement always was jittery at low-fps (but no issue because of new pc) but 95 made it worse. The really weird thing is that when i tried to record this effect via game-capture and even via the webcam the effect didn't show up anymore. (so i captured the effect with a webcam via my laptop)
Btw: I always use ctrl+f2 camera mode

Good Work!

tried it a bit on single player and it seems to work nicely. The issue i still have is flickering on unit movement, projectiles, etc. sometimes. It comes and goes....

Looks particularly odd on units with shields.

May be related to this.

No mention of threadpool in the changelog, what happened to that?

^This sucks. Can it be fixed with a 95.1?

advmapshading=1 fails with an intel hd 4000 in windows 8, whether forceenableintelshadersupport is 1 or 0.

http://pastebin.com/LSq4eDHX

EDIT: intriguingly, advanced map shading works great under linux on the same machine

I agree that this is quite major. The bug was known for months but eventually the devs decided not to fix it.

I'm also a little sad that this http://springrts.com/mantis/view.php?id=4104 did not make it but it can be worked around.

If it is the same bug then something has changed as I was unaffected previously to spring-94.1.1-1436

If you mean the bug that was on that massive mantis - for me it existed briefly (I forget which version numbers now) and went away after I posted the /debug infologs and some change was made.

Same here. I noticed it for awhile (at least until around build 1100) and now all is good as far as I can tell.
