hm, it does not seem to reload cegs used for projectile explosions or created with EmitSfx? Only cegs spawned with SpawnCEG are reloaded:
I had units shot at the ground, /reloadcegs did nothing and the weapons effects stayed the same despite the files being changed.
Then I edited a ceg that was used for spawnceg and that work:
[RefreshCache] reloading CEG "tpdirtspray" (ID 0)
Is it supposed to be like that?

Are you sure those EmitSfx'ed etc. explosions use Custom Explosion Generators?

If no, then it is indeed "supposed to be like that".

The reason is somewhat code-technical, will see if I can fix it before 84.0 is (finally) released.
