fails to report -> autoreport with replay -> mod looks into it -> loser gets heavy penalty

Well i am making a proper replay parsing php script in my spare time, its almost done. we could probably integrate the two together when i have finished, that will make it work a bit better. we will see...

Yeah, really. I kept looking at the whole form for battle entry, and it was silly that you had to enter all of this info which is already in the replay
