Notifying that Mando is banned from the lobby

Post by Floris »

As requested, here is a forum post about it.

Lobby server terms: https://springrts.com/wiki/Terms_of_Service

Specifically:
You agree not to use any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). You agree that the administrators and moderators of this server have the right to mute, kick or ban you at any time should they see fit.
Now... if we apply these rules very strictly then a lot of bans will happen. But this hasn't been the case. And wont be the case as far as I am concerned.

Mando has been known to exploit and troll in the past so this has been taken into account as well.
Being persistently toxic/harassing... the final straw was that when he got banned from a host he started to ban dodge. Mando has made clear he doesnt think these rules apply to him, and that he can do whatever cause he can ban dodge and overcome host and lobby bans.

The Mando ban currently doesn't have an end-date, cause he doesn't respect the rules and the moderation over these.

I'm quite certain that Mando's presence will outlive all of you and persist up to the server's death.
