Evolution RTS Get-Together #18!

There have been a lot of little fixes and additions this week, in short order they are:

• Kite is finally balanced(tm)
• Light turret beefed up and no longer dies to a slight breeze. Range and sight increased as well.
• New effects for amphibious laser hits
• Set all raider sight and seismic distance to 500 (500 sonar for amphib raider as well)
• Fixed the iconsize of recluse
• Fixed area mex not working for water mexes
• Fixed the survival spawner to be fair, as opposed to roflstomping everyone on the easiest setting
• Overseer can now be built by any engineer (Limited to 1 at any given time)
• Overseer cost dropped to 150 (500)
• Overseer no longer requires power to be built

As per the usual, we will be meeting in the torture chamber room in the spring mumble server at gametime and the even will be livestreamed via twitch! Hope to see you there!
