[LOeT]Pastor admin abuse

Just got a 1 day ban for no reason from [LOeT]Pastor (not sure which was his old account; some of the admins shamelessly create new accounts without their true TrueSkill set)
This is in chat, game was not running

Tarellina kicked me twice for no reason, 'just practicing her admin skills' (she looked amused by it)
After joining back the battle, I literally just asked
"who gave Tarellina admin rights because she's very annoying"

I got an admin ban for that for 1 day.

So while different kind of people who either spam, bull, spec cheat or insult others are much ignored (depending on who's doing to whom), this happens.
Is that OK?

Spring BA still is a small community of one or two servers running a day.
Large majority of LOeT admins are much of a fail, except Brenner.

Where SHOULD people complain about host-admins? It's not like there's a "due process" in place and, based on his frequent complaints, it seems like Fuel is being kept in the "guilty until proven innocent" category in many people's minds.

If he's exhibiting a pattern of being awful and refused to correct his behaviour that's one thing, but telling him to stop complaining about it doesn't really resolve the long term problem.

If there was some kind of "system" in place to resolve this kind of conflict it would make the community seem a lot less caustic to the uninitiated.
