Use !whois #2347876234 to find account names. It lists IDs instead of names so as admins keep their admin power if they rename.

Did you every try yourself to find an online admin by typing "!whois <accountId>" like 20 times?
I think its easier if someone from the TERA admin network just configures TERA properly to show admin names. Old story I know...

First, if your statistics say there are only 2 or 3 same bad people on BA hosts, why are you so bad at handling it? I mean 2 or 3 people, should be easy right?
