If you're going to dirty someone's name, you'd better provide proof.

Holey fuck, the nerve of some people, I remembered the recording and thought I'd watch it before I uploaded.

GUNNY IS A FAG

I raided him with a flash, took out a mex or two, and, well, it has to be seen to be believed, but watch the guy in the south west and especially the chatbox.

Basicly, he was attacked with a flash. The flash didn't do much more than a raid, killed two mexs and hurt some solars. Gunny uses his comm to kill it, however before he kills the flash, he SDs his commander. This causes almost his entire base to die.

He then procedes to claim the tank killed his commander, and a little later accuses Bruse of being a cheater. Then, after an attack on his ally, he says "Sorry" and closes the game.

What a fsking moron. I'm going to make sure I harass him and his mother if I see him in TASClient. I agree that we need a list of certifiable morons who should be avoided.

Yeah that was a bit stupid. Maybe we should have a post at the top with a list of all players and how many times they have been deemed to be out of line. Maybe a three strikes and you're out idea.

Often a rookie can appear to be a twat when actually they're just frustrated.

Mind you this isn't all that necessary at all given that if a player is bad enough then everyone will get to hear about it anyway. At least word of mouth means that they actually are really bad and not just having a bad day.

He self-destructed his commander and then accused his enemy of cheating. Say it with me now.

Code: Select all

Good idea, I'll update my first post when people post more.

May want to change Gunny's line to "Self-Destructed Commander then acused me of cheating to kill it"

It's a beginner, beginners sometimes get frustrated and annoy people...

Play against an experienced player when you don't want this trouble...

Franky:
Quit early on in the game after short attack in a 2v2, leaving his team-mate stranded.

Now this is a beginner being outclassed and quitting....

Hardly a reason to 'ban' them.

No kidding, that happens all the time. You can always .take... most likely your allys commander is more value to you then your ally was before.

Seems the distinctions are beginning to blur between 'unacceptable behaviour' and 'rookie blues'.

Let's say that if a player has played ten games the player should know better and is eligible for this list. In which case poor tactical aptitude leading to a surrender (hey ally, .take this lot, I'm beat) whether implied or explicitly stated would not make the player eligible, while screaming blue murder at the screen and remorselessly venting anger at allies and/or foes would make the player eligible.

We have to be fair about this.

franky has got two stripes so he's played for at least 5 hours - plus i've played him before and he's been equally annoying. Plus its just a strike and not a "ban"

Still, 'electing someone for a ban' because they can't beat a better player? Because they can't get early anti-rushing defence?
