I can not find it.

Tried an older version but it got disconnected or could not connect.

Questions:

1. Where do i put widgets now ?
2. Why don't widgets from Lobby show up in game ?

SpringDownloader.exe evolved into ZKLobby and doesn't exist as a stand alone application anymore.

What i figured, but i cant use ZKLobby its useless for me.

Its got ADVERTISING
I cant download all games and widgets from it either, I HATE IT

And.... how can it be so slow on a core i7 3.4 ghz ?

What is my next choice ?

Saying it evolved is like comparing DOS to windows millenium.

Please advice me, can it be configured to remove IE and spam ?

What? Did you think the server was free? It costs hundreds of dollars every year, and is mostly covered by donations from players. All of the advertising money (which is still pretty pitiful last I heard) goes toward server costs, which is beneficial to everyone here.

If you want details pm licho, and he will probably give you the exact data regarding income vs costs. Absolutely nobody is making any money off this.

(FWIW, I think the advertising was a push to make Zero-K more self-sustaining, instead of needing to rely on donations from players and devs.)

you can still use springlobby, it automatically downloads maps and you can get the games as .sdz files or with rapid-gui.exe. (in rapid\ folder)
No ads either.
widgets go in luaui\widgets like they used to. Gladly games have become better with their UI and including widgets so there is not as much need to download custom widgets, compared to some years ago.

or you could just take zklobby out of limited mode.

Well gee, what do you think?

It's LIMITED.

Limited mode - disables viewing of matches other than ZK ones; removes rapid and widget tabs (and possibly some other stuff I forgot)

Look in ZKL settings tab

^^ What he said. I don't use zkl so I don't know the particulars, but I did remember that if you install zk from their site zkl comes in limited mode (I think?).
