I've gotten muted 2 times today alone. I have no clue what's going on, I do what I do normally, having gotten muted before, at most once a week, has some policy changed or have I been getting off easy? Vulgarity is this big of a deal now?

I think that main is rated G with how loose that pg-13 is.

How would removing cursing completely help the community at all? When people curse in #main, most people don't care, and besides that, it's not often that it happens, I admit I curse more then most others, but hell when I'm not doing it all day and get muted 8 hours for saying it once, and getting a few minute mute for saying it once, I get mad. Nowhere are these rules written down, outside of the known rule, which was written down somewhere that #main is pg-13. Since pg-13 means anything up to extreme grotesque sentences, I think we should be free to say near anything. outside of a cruel dead baby joke or insane rant using the word "fuck" as much as possible.

selective moderation is fail

all follow the same rules and enforce the same rules or dont follow the rules at all (within reason)

if not seriously get a bot with a profanity filter if you dont have enough mods to keep track of main or if every mod has a different standard (which seems to be the case)
