well i read a few of those posts a bit of the first one and checked those units..they are looking well and truly awsome :shock:

Well I talked to Centurion on msn like 2 months ago and he was going to finish a few aspects of the beta and upload it for the testers.. And thats the last time I talked to him. Hopefully he is still alive and well!

the fact that the spring community helped him when they could have help others pisses me off. Oh well fuck him, I personaly laugh at his engine decision because supcom is for larger battles... and oh my god heavy gear isn't a large scale game.

ALSO NOTE THAT HE DOESN'T WANT HIS SHIT CALLED A MOD... I swear.. why do we need to change the name of "mod?" well here is one reason... if he realized he was making a game instead of a mod maybe he would have stuck around.

He said he doesn't like having to script animations instead of using a 3d app for that. I really agree with that, scripting animations is unnecessarily slow and complicated while delivering sub-par results. Spring really needs some form of non-scripted animations.
