Can It be removed as optional?? I don't want a pointer thing when I'm using the " camera moves with the mouse" thing.

To jump back to the topic, it would be nice if the crosshair was mod defineable like all other cursors.

Yes, and it'd also be nice if we could add new cursors for custom commands.

Erm... ok. I'll PM you about that, then. Every time I've tried to specify a custom cursor for a command, it hasn't worked for me...
