CnC 3 mod

Im suprised there isnt any CnC3 mod out there, there should be, except with new units, such as ones planned for the expanion(see the CnC3 page on filefront). I cant mod but im sure someone here can that isnt busy with something else.
heres what im suggesting:
3 factions, GDI, Nod, and Scrin
to build units, you only need metal
unit called harvester that mines metal from special crystals put on the map
metal extractors-slower than harvesters and needs energy to run
energy is needed to power buildings, if there is no power, buildings cant make units
superweapons, you can have only one, and it takes 7 mins to reload, but theyre powerful
maps made specificly for the mod
whatever else the mod maker wants
