Won't appear on map server either, unsure what is wrong. I don't work with blueprint too often

Though I'm surely no expert when it comes to map server probs: Maybe renaming the SMF helps?

Yak, basically the plasmaserver implementation that the hosts use is wack.

It cannot read mapinfo.lua, so the only recourse is to include a blank smd in the maps folder of your map (named the same as the smf file).

The contents of the smd should be:
[MAP]
{
}
Pathetic, but licho refuses to fix it, so that is what we are left with.

For examples, check out any of my recent maps.

If i remember correctly it does have a blank smd. So it's probably the SMF not having a unique name and ID

Yes, it does have the required blank .smd.
