I tried to compile my map with beherith_mapconv_2.4 and i have some problems.
I made all needed maps: height, metal, texture and features.
I set all options in compiler and launched compilation.
And now is where problem begins. Compiler created mini.bmp (4MB), mini.dds ( 669KB), mapname.smf (669KB), and mapname.smt (0.032 KB ?!).
Another problem is creating .sd7. Im doing this with 7zip but after zipping this all files i get only 1,76 KB .sd7 file.
Btw original texture, height etc. is about 120MB.
I even unzipped other sd7 file and zipped it again to check if maybe i do sth wrong but i get 1.76KB .sd7 file again ..
What can be wrong ?

I looked at your map file, and it is indeed empty. Could you post the command you used for mapconv, as well as paste its output here?
Also, what is the final size for your texture? (in pixels)

Looks like I menaged to solve this problem myself. Heightmap size (in px) was wrong.. I just resized it and now it works.
