Attempt at Full moon

Post by Warlord »

Only bug I can see is the clouds. I tried my best to remove em, all i ended up with was really tiny clouds, which is unusual to have on a moon map and which I can't seem to remove.

these are the atmosphere settings in the .smd

[ATMOSPHERE]
{
FogColor=0.0 0.0 0.0;
FogStart=0.0;

CloudColor=0.0 0.0 0.0;
SkyColor=0.00 0.00 0.00;

SunColor=1.0 1.0 1.0;
CloudDensity=-0.0;

so how exactly am I supposed to make them blacker :/

not visible... but heck that isn't a problem, once u select ur metal extractor from the build menu it automatically goes to the metal patch vision thingy where u can see where the patches are...

but with help with annihilator 1.5, the patches are exactly or almost in the same place as they are originally...

Nice, now if we could just get the background matted to make a sweet "earth rising" effect...

:D

How big is the map?

It is a problem. If you do a port, do it right.

Visible metal patches are also great to make you able to never build something else on a metal patch without having to toggle F4 constantly. And to know where enemy mexx are likely to be. It does make sense that ground higly metallic looks different too.
