core focus is / should be:
1. release
2. fix bugs
3. features

compile on windows support clearly is a feature as its not needed for 1 + 2.

Are you ordering based on what's currently priority here, or in general?
If you are in the middle progress of wrapping things up for the next release, then we can wait, there is no need to rush.
