strange rendering in the water

When I turn dynamic water on lines flicker all over the water ( image link below )

all the drivers on my PC are update to date, the specs.
- intel e6600
- 8800 gts
- 2gb corsair(6400) 5-5-5-15
- asus p5b deluxe wifi-ap

the 8800 drivers aren't exactly perfect yet.

I get that also on my 6800Ultra.

ya, all water modes work fine on my card, i still get atleast 80fps even with dynamic water. mmm, the nvidia control panel says forceware driver version: 93.71, and firmware 5.40.02.15.11
its the AGP 8x version of the card, made by BFG overclocked.

Hmm only difference is that I have a slightly older Firmware.

I get similair results under Vista with the 640MB 8800GTS and 100.65 drivers, I'll test with 101.41 later.
