Enemies nanoturret radius visible when placing buildings

This occurs in AA2.23 I haven't tested any other mods yet, when I had a radar tower selected with my commander (to choose location) all of the enemies (and my own) nanoturrets build range were visible.

I can confirm that, had the same problem when the flag was a stationary builder in Dozerz.

Also you can hear enemy sounds, when they put up a radar tower or something.
