game dies suddenly

no error message, the process just stops and I find myself looking at SpringSP again.
Doesn't seem to be any correlation between what's going on and the crash happening.

Game settings were:
map: Aquatic Divide V2 (but happens on others)
mod: AA 2.11(F) (but happens on the (S) variant too
AI: NTAI XE9 RC22 (not used any others, so I can't provide data)

Is it an AI problem? Are there other logs that would be useful?

It also tends to happen if I pause the game, alt+tab out, go away and do something and then the screensaver kicks in. Almost guaranteed if I don't pause the game before I alt+tab out. Of course, those crashes could be unrelated.

these crashes seem to happen at random times (as you see, this recent one happened nearly 20 minutes in) They also don't always happen. Sitting around with emptyai for hours may still not produce useful data (but I will have a go at some point)

edit: ok, tried it, I left it on overnight against emptyai and it was still working in the morning. I then build some stuff, got some units and took out the enemy commander to end the game. It didn't end, I don't know if that's supposed to happen or not, but the game never crashed after over 500 minutes.

youll have to wait for XE9.23 then so I can help you, but when thats coming is upto what you do and what happens with certain other conditions I wont go into...
