I notice the same issue since last maintenance engines. It's a totally harmless bug but well, that shouldn't happen
I thought it's only me but it seems others got that too. Is it known or shall we make a mantis report on it?

thank the lords of kobol, I thought I was alone :D unsure if it has been reported already, what I can add is it could be gpu related as at the end of the game after you click ok agreeing the game has crashed it flashes or seems to refresh the display

If there is no mantis report of it yet then it is very likely not known -> you should make one.
