I think the plan is to make OpenGL use core context in 105, which should support Mac users.

Afaik mac builds have only existed in the past when mac users appeared and created them. Consequently, a mac user is needed to step up and offer to take it on.

Current status is viewtopic.php?f=12&t=36438#p583737, along with an explanation of why this looks not possible for 104, but should be possible for 105 if someone offered to put in the work.

There's also dedicated build slave for Mac builds of Spring now. If you manage to get anything built, talk to @TurBoss and get it automated.
