Graphics Card issue

Every time im in game there are lines going through the screen like its a problem with the frames you know like a TV thats just out of tune the constant lines going down ive tried updating my graphics card drivers and such this wasnt a problem a few months back though

Any Ideas?

check your v-sync setting in springsettings.exe (video mode tab), graphic driver or refresh rate of monitor.
