Ghosted buildings arent ghosted

As the subject says, even if this option is on, buildings arent ghosted, they only show a square blip.

I observed that they are ghosted only when you are zoomed out enough.

that's why i always told it is a bad idea to touch the render code ... (too many interlinks)

But think its some with gosthradar/buildings widgets too ...

Okay, I'm not responsible for this nice bug, but I have found the guilty commit and I'm fixing it.

Edit: fixed now, it was a one byte fix

it's not fixed in 0.80.4.1 (i noticed update is dated on 04 September 2009, 19:28, so post about fixing it is a bit older), is it? if so, is there any chance for a small fixed exe ? :)
