The spring lobby to .5 fails stating that i need to manually copy it over, but there is no "lobby" folder to grab the updated .exe file from?

update from which rev? try running as admin, also the downloaded file will be in whatever spring uses as gurrent writable datadir.
Please also see if the build i posted in the other thread works wrt updating.
