Link in TAS server announcement needs to be corrected

Hi all,

Currently, the announcement is the following:

[16:13:29] ** motd ** Statistics are available through this page:
[16:13:29] ** motd ** http://taspring.clan-sy.com/stats

While that link never works, and as BrainDamage pointed out, it should be changed to "http://tracker.caspring.org/stats/view.php". Could someone please do that?
