Video Capture from Digital Source

Recently I been looking into buying video capture device for capturing videos from HDMI output. Few years back, most of them were offering capture from analog source because of HDCP. Nowadays, they have HDMI input and output for HDMI pass through and recording. Despite this, they don't strip HDCP, and their product specification clearly mentions this fact. Hence it can only record from unencrypted source.

So my question is, Are there devices that strips HDCP without converting to analog? My guesses are something like HDMI splitter, HDMI switch, and other HDMI accessories.

You can also recommend me good capture device. Generally I want HDMI input for recording from HDMI, fast USB port preferably USB 3.0, and if it has encoder, then it must be lossless compression, recent, and widely used compression.
