What am I looking at?

Its result of guy who scaned all reachable places on the Internet in few hours, using his dirty botnet.

Youre a perv if you look on everybodys router when they dont know it?

He was not just looking. But I post it here not just only because the way how he scaned whole internet in few hours.

IP addresses that responded to ICMP ping requests

Many end user have routers/fire walls that drop incoming packets. So this scan doesn't see all IPs as online.
