I dislike sports that make my brains go squisshy. Although, if you take that usual asspects asside, its a pretty outstanding performance. Problem is it looks so easy, flawless, and without trying that for oneself (and phailing miserable) you never see, how many endless hours went into those eerie 4 minutes

I love these kinds of athletic activities. They encourage the athlete to have great focus, provide them with a creative outlet, and encourage them to be in peak physical condition. Such an activity is good for the body and mind. Like meditations and other forms of exercise and art, daily practice clearly has many healthful benefits.

Once I got half way in, and realized I wouldn't be sure if she was actually capable of a hip hula (which is the only hula hoop thing I've ever personally found difficult) I found myself wishing she's loose grip on the hoop during one of the rapid swings and it would fly off and clock someone in the front row in the teeth.

Is that bad?
