Spring RTS Engine

A Random WIP thread for stuff that isn't related to spring, e.g. UIs, skins, themes, websites, sketches ( of non Spring things ), and other artwork that isn't part of a spring game/mod/map/etc

Very nice minimal layout. I like.

As Smoth has so conveniently BAWed about in Random WIP, I have been making Android themes for GO Launcher EX. Pretty much universally agreed to be the best launcher for android (tho ADW fans like to voice their objections...).

It is not spring art, but it is UI design (which is art of a sort, at least according to what has been posted in random wip in the past) and requires quite a lot of time in photoshop being anal about every last detail.

Other things I have been working on include stuff like coding for MyUPB. Many years ago I was to be the lead developer on the MyUPB project (for a little over 2 years) after the creator (Pilot) had given up on it, he came back later and made even more kickassery

The essence of my addition was the ImageBam uploader widget. What it does is allow you to attach any number of pictures directly into your post without having to go to a 3rd party site (imagebam or imageshack). A pretty sweet addition if I do say so myself

I would have used gold instead of clay on the bike. Massive Gold always makes everything better.

Conerning Forbs GUI: well, its really nice, refined and cool in styles, and makes me think - could i get the same in plush and pink?

This is a picture of an 8-bit comparator as part of an ongoing series of weekly projects leading up to a final project where I am to design a fully functional alarm clock.



While not strictly "art" I thought it was pretty neat. (and a horrid pain to actually simulate correctly) plus this thing is tiny, less than 40x200 microns^2 in size with the technology we'll be using.

holly shit, springs staff stuff actually is impressive ... what a suprise

check out the game of life simulator golly with wire world rules. Thats IC circuit design with data buses, clock generators and gate logic.
