Spring RTS Engine

I went on the MSDN forums for the first time today, and I noticed that before you post a new topic, the forumware will automatically search for possibly related extant forum topics based on what you enter in the Title field, then return the results under a "We've found questions similar to yours." section.

Does anyone know of a freely available forum package that implements this?
