2nd Try Werewolf

The first try at Werewolf sucked because we had less than half of the players participating.

Let's make this second try better, eh?

13 players max. (9 villagers, 1 seer, 3 wolves is the distribution for a 13 player game.)

Werewolf is a participatory game, please only sign up if you actually want to participate and stuff.

Some rules amendments:
-No fucking cryptography.
-I'm considering lifting the "no outside communication" rule since Swifty won't stop bawwing about it, thoughts?

With private communication allowed it doesn't matter if cryptography is used or not. The exception is dead guys. Under no circumstances are dead guys allowed to talk about the game to playing players. If they are reported they are banned from all future TWG, if they are found out and not reported, they are banned along with the player who was talking with them.

Obviously, I expect Spring moderators not to use their powers towards their teams advantage as well.
