Legal action to take vs. illegals...

My idea of legal action to incorporate that will halt illegal immigration.
(hopefully, peacefully, since it'd be a binding law, and posted)

Any material transaction incurring a monatary value of >1,000 $ USD requires a valid photo ID of american citizenship, or the legal documentation to reside within the US borders. Failure to present said documentation, voids the transaction. Presentation of faulty identification is a class A Felony, impersonating a US citizen as an illegal. (invasion of territoy) and punishable by fine and imprisionment. On repeat offenses, punishable by death.

granted it would be like enforcing the legal sale of alcohol, there will always be those that cheat the system, it would give us more reason to hire more law enforcement and police more properties thoroughly...

murder is illegal. No matter the reason, you go to court for killing anyone. At least if you are a normal citizen, the criminals in the hood can hide out but normal people like myself would be prosecuted. No when you go to court the point the prosecution will make is that you went over the line and had no real reason to kill the person in self defense. If they can convince a jury of your "peers" that you did it without justification they will give you the sentence for murder.

They have to put all murders to trial rather then just dismissing it. That is the problem, those of us who are doing things proper always get boned by those who break the law. Court cases are expensive and prosecutors live for putting you in jail and if there is a media stink brought on by one of the more asinine groups of bleeding hearts you will be a pariah.

and if you actually kill the other guy you have to have fucking reasonable justification for it to walk out free

(IE he raped your family in front of you and then shot you in the legs and put the gun on your head but you somehow managed to kill him would get you the walk out of the jail free card)

and if you mean that killing someone in a self-defence process should be legal, think how people could exploit this to kill the illegal immigrants or other people for that matter

True, but sad considering that once the Drive By Media caught wind of you killing an II, you would be immediately found guilty by the drive by's. Regardless of what actually happened. And when the media pounces on a private citizen with average means, it pretty much is guaranteed to destroy you.

Even if you were exonorated, the trial would be a media circus frenzy. They would be looking to make an example of you.

I'm tempted to call Godwin on this part of the thread. Asking for movement papers is not inherently Nazism. Just about every country does it at entry / exit, which is the whole problem - people coming in without being validated.

Forb wanted paper validation for transactions above 1000$. That could easily get a progressively lower threshold.

Smoth, when you have reason to believe the other person is a serious threat to your life you are permitted to use lethal force in self defense. From what I heard it's better to shoot to kill in the US, just wounding him leaves you open to lawsuits so make sure you finish him, if he was threatening you and perhaps was even armed you're allowed to do that.

Shooting to kill... Meh, they are both just as bad. If you wound him, the bleeding hearts will crucify you. If you kill him, the media and every bleeding heart in america will crucify you.

Either way, you WILL lose, even if you are found "Not Guilty" of a crime.
