Spring RTS Engine

Is the multiplayer system down for anyone else at the moment?

It seems to be down, and seeing as it's five AM in Sweden, I wouldn't expect it to be back up for another four hours or so, so you may as well go to sleep, or read a book, or probably go back to playing World of Warcrack.

Fawk that noise. I'm going back to playing the original TA.

I told them that a limited gmail style release would be the only way the battle room server could handle it, but did they listen? No....


I got one glorious game in though, so it was worth it.

Well, I don't think quantity was really the problem. Have at a guess there was never more than 100 people on it at one time. I think it's more time and the overall betaness of the system. It will get better as we go along. :)

How long do you think it will be down? I'm itching too play some Spring.

Until someone fixes it.

In the meantime, play singleplayer if you must. I just gave instructions for that in another thread.
