Disabling Cheats

I have noticed that there is nothing you can do to disable cheats. I find it very annoying when some people use cheats. An on/off button when hosting would work.

uh, how do you turn them ON? +nowisee and +atm do nothing for me.

Well, the problem is, you can't really do somethign about stopping people from writing .cheat, and that should really be implemated as a feature.
