Unable to make spring files account

Is anyone else having this issue? The website says it sent me an email with further instructions, but none were sent. I have attempted to make an account with 3 different emails, one of which I made new specifically for this purpose. Every time it tells me to check an email I have not received. Is there a better way to post maps so I can play on them with friends? Any help is greatly appreciated.

So it refused to let you re-register an account once you'd tried with the first email, then the second?
